Raw materials for CASE

Paints, adhesives and sealants have to meet the most diverse requirements. In addition to choosing the right binder, additives play a significant role in optimizing the desired properties, as well as fillers and pigments for adjusting the color and other properties. We offer our customers a comprehensive portfolio of appropriate raw materials for the development of individual systems.

Additives for formulations

Additives optimise paint, coating and ink formulations for processing, application and performance.

Antioxidants & inhibitors

Antioxidants and inhibitors prevent damage of coatings caused by exposure to heat, stress strong, exotherm during curing or harsh environments.

Binders

Binders or resins and hardener systems are the basis of coatings, sealants and adhesives. The resin system is typically selected based on the end application. Epoxies, hardeners, alkyd resins, acrylates, UV-curable acrylates and specialty resins are available for this purpose.

Catalysts & initiators

Binder systems, e.g. UV binders, require catalysts and/or initiators for curing.

Dispersions

Dispersions are an convenient delivery system for binders or additives in water borne coatings.

Fillers & extenders

Fillers are used to create opaque coatings, matte surfaces and to reduce the cost of formulations.

Pigments & pigment preparations

Pigments & pigment preparations are needed to enhance coatings and inks for color and special effects.

Raw materials for elastomere

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) und High Consistency Rubber (HCR) are raw materials for molding of elastomeric parts for automotive, electrical and general industrial applications.
