Binders

Binders or resins and hardener systems are the basis of coatings, sealants and adhesives. The resin system is typically selected based on the end application. Epoxies, hardeners, alkyd resins, acrylates, UV-curable acrylates and specialty resins are available for this purpose.

Alkyd resins

Alkyd resins continue to play an important role in the industrial and decorative coatings industry today. With our selection of short, medium and long oil alkyds as well as Alykd resin emulsions, a wide range of binders is available.

Epoxy resins & hardeners

Whether building protection, industrial coating or composite, with our epoxy resins, reactive diluents and hardeners we offer our customers a wide range of formulation options.

Other binders

Specialty resins are used as co-binders in industrial coatings or as a styling resin in pigment paste manufacturing.

Polyurethane resins & hardeners

PU resins and hardeners are suitable for the formulation of high-quality automotive and large vehicle coatings, decorative building coatings or polyurethane foams.

UV-crosslinking binders

UV-curable acrylic resins and reactive diluents are used in many diffentt application where fast cure is needed.
