Our Composites product line includes high-quality formulated epoxy resin matrix systems for the production of fiber-reinforced plastics for composite component manufacturing and mold making. The composites product range covers all common manufacturing processes in industries such as automotive, bus, truck, rail, aerospace, wind energy, marine, sports and leisure.

Composite & tooling materials

The composite industry places the highest demands on technical products, materials and suppliers. Composite suppliers of aerospace, automotive, wind power, shipbuilding and rail vehicle construction industries are under extreme pressure to minimize weight. For this reason, carbon fibre and/or aramid fibre reinforced composite components play a major role, but classical glass fibre still has its application area as well. In combination with the reinforcement fibers mentioned above, composite components that meet the highest requirements can be produced using epoxy resin-based matrix systems. Our resin systems are suitable for all manufacturing technologies such as wet lay up, infusion, pultrusion, RTM, high pressure RTM, filament winding, compression molding and dynamic fluid compression molding.

Materials for modeling & mold making

Dimensional accuracy, surface quality and high wear resistance are the core requirements in model and mold making. Very good processing and machining properties with consistently high material quality are also the basic prerequisites for the economical production of models, molds, fixtures and gauges.
