Our Ureol Tooling Boards cover the entire range of model, tool and mold making with epoxy and polyurethane.

Adaptation of epoxy resin systems

Specialties for the optimization of epoxy resin systems are used for the application-oriented adaptation of formulations for corrosion protection, for high-temperature applications above 200 °C or for the production of extremely chemical-resistant coatings. The specialty products are also used for the production and adaptation of adhesives.

Composite production

We offer a wide range of high-performance epoxy resin-based matrix systems for all composite manufacturing processes such as Wet Lay Up, Infusion, Pultrusion, RTM, High Pressure RTM, Filament Winding, Compression Molding and Dynamic Fluid Compression Molding. Our laminating resin systems are proven in automotive, racing and sports equipment, aerospace, transportation and marine, wind energy, electronics and medical applications.

Modeling & mold making

Dimensional accuracy, surface quality and high wear resistance are the core requirements in model and mold making. Very good processing and machining properties with consistently high material quality are also the basic prerequisites for the economical production of models, molds, fixtures and gauges.
