Additives & Rheology additives

Coatings, sealants and adhesives are based not only on binders but also on additives and rheological aids. We will optimally adjust your formulation according to the intended purposes.

Antioxidants for CASE

Coatings, sealants and adhesives that are exposed to permanent heat stress or strong exotherm during curing give our antioxidants special protection to keep them resistant.

Defoamers for coatings

In particular, aqueous systems pose a challenge to paint and varnish producers in terms of defoaming. Whether during production or during application, foaming can be optimally controlled with our defoamers.

Dispersing agents

We offer a variety of solutions for the dispersion of organic or inorganic pigments and fillers and their permanent stabilization in aqueous, solvent-based or solvent-free coating systems.

Light stabilizers

UV light can cause serious damage to paints or coated surfaces after only a short time by attacking the binder and thus makes it brittle and cloudy, fades pigments or destroys the coated substrate and thus leads to flaking of the coatings. Our UV stabilizers can be significantly optimized with our sunscreens.

Rheology additives

Paints and varnishes require different rheological properties depending on the application and processing method. Our rheological additives help to rheologically adjust the flow behavior of the products for every application and to make them stable in storage.

Slip & leveling agents

Different substrates and the large number of components in a coating pose a great challenge to paint and coating producers. No matter the course, fisheye, edge running, micelles or haptic properties: Our slip and leveling agents bring each coating into form.
