Bodo Möller Chimie, our French subsidiary, is pleased to announce the signature of a new cooperation agreement with SPR (Société Picardie de Régénération), based in Chauny, France. From now on, Bodo Möller Chimie is distributing SPR solvent recycling products and services in France, the Benelux and Germany.

By now the Bodo Möller Chemie bonding seminars can look back on a successful past: Since the first time in 2008 customer are appreciating the seminars in cooperation with Huntsman Advanced Materials always more and more. This year Bodo Möller Chemie supports the Formula Student Team KA-RaceIng e.V. of the Institute of Technology (KIT) in Karlsruhe with their Racing Car Project 2011 by providing the ambitious students gratis with Araldite LY5052 and Aradur 5052.
Bodo Möller Chemie and Lithos have signed a cooperation agreement appointing Bodo Möller Chemie distributor of Lithos products in following countries: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France and Poland. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie local subsidiaries are distributing Lithos functional additives (zeolite) and soapstones (Talc) in these countries.
Songwon, a global leader in the manufacture and delivery of additives for the plastics industry, and Bodo Möller Chimica Italia Srl., have entered into a distribution agreement for the market development and sales of the Songwon portfolio of products in Italy. The new partnership will become effective on April 15th 2011 and is designed to strengthen the position of Songwon in the Italian market.
Since 2005, Bodo Möller Chemie has been successfully distributing Spolchemie epoxy resins in Germany. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie will also distribute Spolchemie alkyd resins recently taken over by Spolchemie from DIC Performance Resins Vienna under a contractual joint venture.
