Bodo Möller Chemie acquires adhesive division of Vink Kunststoffe GmbH The specialty chemicals expert Bodo Möller Chemie GmbH concludes a purchase agreement with the company Vink Kunststoffe GmbH.

The internationally active specialty chemicals company Bodo Möller Chemie GmbH (www.bm-chemie.de) headquartered in Offenbach am Main, is taking over from the company Vink Kunststoffe GmbH located in Emmerich am Rhein, the adhesives business with Huntsman products.

The new acquisition will allow the Bodo Möller Chemie GmbH to expand its position in the German adhesive distribution and strengthen its leadership role in the sale and distribution of Huntsman products. Only at the beginning of this year, Huntsman Advanced Materials and Bodo Möller Chemie Group had already deepened their more than thirty year partnership in Europe and Africa.
