With high speed and special chemicals racing to success Again Bodo Möller Chemie supported a group of ambitious students of the Formula Student during their racing car project. This time it’s about the High Octane Motorsports e.V. of the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen Nürnberg, by providing gratis the shaped material RenShape BM 5460, the laminating rensin Renlam LY 113 and the hardener Ren HY 97-1.

42 students from the 6 faculties of electro technology, engine construction, industrial engineering, materials science, mechatronics and economics are part of the High Octane Motorsports e.V. team.

The results have been successfully presented on 26th of June 2011 at the Fraunhofer-Institut of integrated circuits (IIS): The students have developed, constructed and produced by them selves, a racing car with conventional combustion motor for this Formula Student Competition,

With their new racing car named FAUmax delta, are going to participate this year at competitions in and outside of Germany, planned are Österreich, Hockenheim and Ungarn.

The from Bodo Möller Chemie provided materials RenShape BM 5460, Renlam LY 113 and the Ren HY 97-1 are an essential parts of the construction and the configuration: For the millingforms and for the laminated car body panels.
