ECS 2013: Bodo Möller Chemie presents innovative printing solutions Specially developed additives and coatings improve printability and resistance of textiles, plastics and other materials
With a series of innovative additives the Bodo Möller Chemie Group (www.bm-chemie.com) renders the printing of materials such as paper, plastics and textiles, easier and at the same time high qualitative than ever. The additives improve both digital printing and conventional printing methods, they optimize ink absorption and drying and provide the appropriate characteristics for each application. Together with its partner com2C (www.com2-c.de/en/) Bodo Möller Chemie presents the new printing solutions from 19th to 21st March 2013 at the European Coatings Show (ECS) in Nuremberg (Hall 7, Stand 7-521).
Thanks to these new additives, especially difficult to print on materials like textiles, plastics and others, can now absorb printing ink significantly better – the print quality improves visibly while the ink consumption is reduced considerably. The user can also benefit from an increased resistance against a variety of environmental influences, such as scratches, fire and sunlight. In addition to these additives Bodo Möller Chemie and com2C will show at ECS also custom-tailored coating solutions for conventional and digital textile printing, which can be used as individual components or ready to use compounds specifically adapted to specific customer needs.
As a special highlight, visitors can convince themselves of the quality of these innovative printing solutions directly at the booth of Bodo Möller Chemie during a live printing action: On-site taken photos and smartphone skins can be printed on special substrates. The international specialty chemicals expert shows also more future-oriented products in Nuremberg, like cobalt-free drying agents for alkyd resin systems and environmentally friendly biocides. CEO Jürgen Rietschle and his team will inform personally on the ECS about the ecological properties of environmentally-friendly products. “We want to offer our customers not only innovative and efficient solutions, but are concentrating on sustainability and high health and safety standards.”
