Bodo Möller Kemi Danmark signs an agreement with Imerys In October 2008, Imerys and Bodo Möller Chemie signed a distribution agreement. From now on, Bodo Möller Kemi Danmark will manage the distribution into the Danish market of the calcined kaolins (clay) from Imerys.

These products are used as performance minerals in the plastics and coatings industry. Bodo Möller Kemi will also provide the ceramic industry. This arrangement is the follow up of the asset transfer from A/S Alfred Gaad to Bodo Möller Chemie.

With this new co-operation with Imerys, Bodo Möller Kemi Danmark further expands its product portfolio of coatings, enabling us to increase our customer satisfaction by offering a highly complementary range of products.
