Bodo Möller Chemie launches a new subsidiary in Finland for the distribution of polymer additives and pigments Bodo Möller Chemie is expanding further, but this time to Scandinavia. We are pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary in Finland.

Bodo Möller Chemie Nordic Oy, the new Finnish company, is based in Helsinki. According to the contract signed mid-september between Ciba and Bodo Möller Chemie, Bodo Möller Chemie Nordic Oy takes over the distribution of polymers, polymer additives, pigments, and coating additives in Finland, but also in Sweden, Norway, Island and Estonia.

In order to lead this new subsidiary, Frank Haug, business manager of Bodo Möller Chemie, is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Leif Lindell as new Managing Director of Bodo Möller Chemie Nordic Oy.

Leif Lindell is a chemical engineer with an additional degree in business economics. Before joining Bodo Möller Chemie, Leif Lindell was by Ciba Finland where he held different positions, starting as a product manager for additives at Ekström & Co (agent for Ciba industrial products) and then with Ciba as sales manager for additives to the plastic, coating and lubricant industry. Since 2001 Leif Lindell was Segment Head Nordic Area for the Plastic Additives Segment. 

Bodo Möller Chemie Nordic Oy has started the activities in Helsinki, Finland on October 1st, 2008.
