Bodo Möller Chemie Israel is successfully certified for aerospace according to ISO:9001 ISO:9001 AS9120 documents the company's proven performance
The Israeli branch of Bodo Möller Chemie has successfully passed the certification according to the standard ISO:9001 with the extension AS9120 for the aerospace industry. The quality management fulfills strict international requirements for the company’s processes and is applicable to consulting, marketing, and sales of chemicals and non-metals for the aerospace, automotive, medical applications, and electrical industry. “Our solution portfolio of products from leading manufacturers has received another seal of approval. We meet the highest standards of quality and safety, which is in high demand in Israel, but also worldwide. In addition, we offer extensive application knowledge, which is an essential aspect in an industry driven by innovation,” says Frank Haug, Managing Director of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group.
For decades Bodo Möller Chemie has been working internationally with the decisive manufacturers of special chemicals – especially in the fields of adhesives and sealants, electrical encapsulants and composite materials as well as lacquers and coating materials. “The demand in the Israeli industry has grown strongly. Bodo Möller Chemie offers here exclusive partnerships with the producers, a very broad and long-time grown profound knowledge about materials and their application as well as a local warehouse with fast delivery capability. Our customers appreciate this very much,” explains Liraz Cohen Shtruminger, Managing Director of the Israeli subsidiary of Bodo Möller Chemie. An in-house Adhesive Competence Center and numerous other services relating to chemical products now provide for development steps that previously had to be carried out by the users themselves.
From Aviation to E-Mobility
For the international specialty chemicals company with head office in Offenbach, Hessen, the certification is another important step in an expanding market: More and more companies from the aerospace and other industrial sectors, which require a comprehensive ISO-certification in the supply chain, decide for the competencies of Bodo Möller Chemie. Among the long-standing industrial partners are manufacturers like BASF, Huntsman, Henkel, Dow, DuPont, Songwon, Michelman and many more. Growth industries such as e-mobility and innovation industries such as aerospace and defence technology profit directly from this and can access a grown know-how. “In hardly any other industry is the paradigm shift as intensive as in chemistry. In the past, the distributor used to supply almost exclusively, but today the distributor is a vital part of the development chain on the way to series production,” describes Frank Haug, Managing Director of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group.
