Bodo Möller Chemie and Prom Chem Ltd have signed a cooperation agreement appointing Bodo Möller Chemie exclusive distributor of Prom Chem biocides in following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland.
Since 1972 Bodo Möller Chemie was distributing additives and pigments to the lacquer and plastic industries for Ciba-Geigy and later on for Ciba-Spezialitätenchemie. After the integration of Ciba to BASF, this partnership has now been extended. From 1st December on, Bodo Möller Chemie Polska will sell and distribute the former Ciba pigments and additives of the BASF product portfolio for the lacquer, paint and plastic industries in Poland.
Bodo Möller Chemie was successfully assessed in November 2010 according to ESAD II with an excellent rating of 97,4%, which is even 2 points better than the last time in 2007.

In October 2010, Bodo Möller Chemie successfully passed the annual monitoring audits for the certifications ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2005. In addition, Bodo Möller Chemie has obtained the new certification OHSAS 18001:2007 for the first time.
Bodo Möller Chemie and Benda-Lutz signed in July 2010 a cooperation agreement. Benda-Lutz is a leading international supplier of metal pigments based in Austria.
