Dispergum® Zinc soaps

These are based on Fatty acid. They were mainly adopted as replacements for chemical peptizers because they were found to remain effective as viscosity reducers in natural rubber when carbon black was present which removed the necessity for a “premastication” step and they did not reduce the rubber’s molecular weight, thus giving high tensile and tear properties.

Deogum® Special performing agents

These are special fatty acid derivatives used on different elastomers like Natural rubber, Acrylic rubber, NHBR as lubricants to reduce molding fouling and improve release effects.

Deotak® Tackifying agents

Also known as Homogenizers. Tackifiers are chemical compounds used in formulating rubber compounds and adhesives to increase the tack. They improve the homogeneity of rubber blends from polymers with different polarities or viscosities.

Deovulc® Accelerator blends

An accelerator is defined as a compound that increases the speed of vulcanization and that enables vulcanization to proceed at lower temperature and with greater efficiency. Accelerator also decreases the amount of sulfur needed to cross-link the polydiene, which improves the aging properties of the vulcanized rubber. These are mixed accelerators, one will have to only add 1 pack that is already premeasured.

Deovulc® Activators

Vulcanization Activators. are important rubber processing additives that activate sulfur cure and improve the efficiency of sulfur-based cure systems. The most common activator is zinc fatty acid ester which is often formed in-situ by reaction of fatty acid with zinc oxide.

Controzon Antiozonant waxes

Controzon waxes form a flexible wax film on the surfaces of the vulcanizates and protect them from crack formation caused by ozone attack under static conditions. Additionally, Controzon waxes act as carriers for chemical ozone protection agents or antioxidants and improve their effectiveness. The addition of about 2 phr prevents the ozone attack known as the “frosting effect”.

Deostab® Vulcanization stabilizers

Vulcanization is a chemical process used to harden rubber. Vulcanization traditionally referred to the treatment of natural rubber with sulfur. Vulcanization stabilizers are used to improve the thermal stability of the rubber. They compensate the negative effect of CaO on the state of cure and improves the compression set without influencing the activity of the desiccant (CaO).

Deolink® Activators for fillers (Silanes)

Also called Silicon Hydride, any of a series of covalently bonded compounds containing only the elements silicon and hydrogen. They are used in a variety of Rubber & Coatings applications to improve physical and performance properties like improved abrasion, adhesion, and cross-link density without effecting compression set.

Factice

Is a vulcanized saturated oil, used as a processing aid and property modifier in Rubber. It is used as a softer of rubber. It prevents compounds from Tackiness and shrinkage.It improves processability and shortens mixing time. Improves ozone resistance and electric insulation, so prolongs the product lifetime.

Unitol dispersion adhesives

An aqueous poly vinyl acetate dispersion with crosslinking properties and a lowered minimum film forming temperature. The special features are an excellent water resistance, a high bond strength and heat resistance and a good setting time.
