Bodo Möller Chemie involvement in motor sports and sponsors student project Again this year, Bodo Möller Chemie together with Huntsman Advanced Materials supports the racing team of the Darmstadt Technical University with the construction of their racing car for 2008.

The TU Darmstadt Racing Team is composed of 50 students of the following faculties: engineering, industry design, electro technology, industrial engineering. Each year, they design and produce a new racing car and compete in national and international car racing events, such as in England or in Australia. This year, the car is called “gamma2008” and will have to stand the test in July by the Formula-Student-Event on the Silverstone racing circuit in England, for the first race of the season.

Bodo Möller Chemie and Huntsman Advanced Materials provided a Renshape® BM 5055 “Tooling Board” for the assembly of the monocoque and gave direct advice to the students concerning the tooling material.
