How to apply an adhesive

Have you ever asked yourself: « What can I do to improve my application of adhesives »? If you choose manual application, there are manifold factors to be considered in the work process.

With manual application, users are able to use various aids for applying and distributing the adhesives to a given substrate. In case of low-viscosity adhesives, these can be applied by brush, spraying or even casting. If you are handling very small quantities those can be applied by means of aluminum tubes or syringes.

Most commonly in manual application a portable dispenser is utilized. This is often advantageous as to increased user-friendliness, precise maintaining of the mixing ratio, clean and controlled application, and economical use of the materials.
