New Irganox© CB product line from BASF for recyclates

With the new Irganox© CB product line from BASF, Bodo Möller Chemie is able to offer its customers a highly effective stabilizer package that has been specially developed for use in recycled materials. With the help of the products it is possible to achieve a significant improvement in the thermal stability and impact strength of thermoplastic polyolefin recyclates. Recycled plastics often go through several extrusion processes during their lifetime and thus experience thermal stress several times. This has a great influence on the mechanical and thermal stability of the materials. In addition, recycled materials from e.g. bumpers or stadium seats often contain lacquer and paint residues as well as different concentrations of fillers. These ingredients can also have an influence on the mechanical properties of the recycled materials. Bodo Möller Chemie offers the Irganox© CB product line to counteract these negative influences and to optimize the performance and thus the quality of the recycled materials. The customer therefore receives a complete ready-to-use package with coordinated stabilizers for performance optimization in the end product, e.g. in the automotive sector. Products:
