New innovative reactive dyes from Huntsman Textile

Bodo Möller Chemie markets the new innovative polyreactive dyes AVITERA® SE for cellulosic fibers from Huntsman Textile.

Most of the AVITERA® SE dyes have three reactive anchors, are GOTS and Bluesign® certified and meet the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. They are suitable for the exhaust process, but can also be used in the continue process. AVITERA® Black SE is not based on CI Black 5, so it has better chlorine and light fastness and is approved for CTW (Clear to Wear).

Thanks to its unique, short dyeing process with rewashing at only 60°C, the dyestuffs save energy, time and water and thus make a significant contribution to environmental protection. The consumption of CO² decreases from 1.5 kg with double anchor systems to 0.7 kg CO² per kg cotton. Water consumption is halved compared to double anchor reactive dyes. With its energy, water and time savings, the Gamme 2014 won the Innovation Award.
