Bodo Möller Chemie and Goldcrest Chemicals Ltd have signed a cooperation agreement appointing Bodo Möller Chemie exclusive distributor of the Goldcrest product range in following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.
In October 2010, Bodo Möller Chemie successfully passed the annual monitoring audits for the certifications ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2005. In addition, Bodo Möller Chemie has obtained the new certification OHSAS 18001:2007 for the first time.
Bodo Möller Chemie and Benda-Lutz signed in July 2010 a cooperation agreement. Benda-Lutz is a leading international supplier of metal pigments based in Austria. Hardly visible to the naked eye, Benda-Lutz pigments create wonderful effects when they are viewed en masse in a wide range of products, from paints to plastics to printing inks. In July 2010, Bodo Möller Chemie and Scott Bader signed a new distribution agreement. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie distributes Scott Bader products in Germany and Austria.
Bodo Möller Chemie and BK Giulini signed in August 2009 an agreement for working together. BK Giulini BK Giulini is a leading international supplier of special products used for pharmaceutical and food production, water and paper treatment, industrial cleaning, and for a wide range of other industrial applications.
The Vienna bio-Polymer Days will take place on 19th and 20th Mai 2010 in Vienna, Austria. During this conference, the CORNET Project “bio-packing” will be presented in detail, in which Bodo Möller Chemie Austria played an active role as project member.
RÜTGERS Germany GmbH and Bodo Möller Chemie Austria GmbH signed an agreement for the distribution of the Novares hydrocarbon resins and the Ruetasolv and Ruetaflex product range of the RKS GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Rütgers Chemicals.
Arkema and Bodo Möller Chemie signed a Letter of Intend to analyze the opportunity for the parties to start cooperating in the distribution of Arkema´s Functional Additives business in all territories additionally they are working in. Target is to end up in a non exclusive distribution agreement after a one year´s period.

In September 2009, Bodo Möller Chemie Sweden and Molecular Products Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie will act as a distributor for oxidation catalysts products of Molecular Products Ltd in Sweden.
Bodo Möller Chemie Austria is proud to announce that it has, together with its partners from other companies, researchers and the Austrian authorities, won the Clusterland Award 2009. The submitted project is called “bio-packing” (www.bio-packing.at) and is the winner project in the category “Best co-operation between business and research”.
