Dow Automotive adhesives in the NAFTA region
Bodo Möller is viewed as a specialty chemicals expert. They have seen dramatic growth as they continue to expand their global presence. Bodo Möller will distribute for the BETAMATE™, BETALINK™, BETACLEAN™, BETAPRIME™, BETASEAL™ and BETAFOAM™ branded materials from Dow Automotive. With this step, Bodo Möller Chemie is deepening its long-term partnership with DOW in the USA, Mexico and Canada. The products are used in the transportation industry and general vehicle construction. Andreas Moser, Marketing Director Formulated Systems, describes the motivation: „The American market is very exciting for us due to its absolute size and growth perspective as well as the dynamism of E-Mobility products. Future-oriented manufacturers and suppliers are aware, that there is a high potential for innovation and the demand for modern products and services.”
Suppliers with know-how
Bodo Möller Chemie not only acts as a global distributor, but also as a solution provider, which adds extensive know-how to the customer projects. „In the age of e-mobility and extreme lightweight construction, manufacturing companies from the transportation industry are faced with high demands,” explains Frank Haug, CEO of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group, „they are rarely able to test products for sealing, bonding or glazing themselves comprehensively. This competence lies with us as a distributor and consultant”. After extensive business development in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, now this strategy is being implemented in North America.
