With the creation of a new company in Sweden Bodo Möller Chemie is reinforcing its presence in Scandinavia. Within the scope of its strategic expansion in northern Europe, Bodo Möller Chemie now offers subsidiaries with own storehouse and customer service in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Within only one year, Bodo Möller has become a major distributor of special chemistry in Scandinavia.
Within the scope of its strategic expansion on international level, Bodo Möller Chemie is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary in Switzerland.
On October 28th and 29th, the first bonding seminar organised together by Bodo Möller Chemie and Huntsman Advanced Materials took place in Nierstein, near Mainz. The subject of this seminar was the “bonding as a modern assembly technology – metal, plastics and hybrids”.
In October 2008, Imerys and Bodo Möller Chemie signed a distribution agreement. From now on, Bodo Möller Kemi Danmark will manage the distribution into the Danish market of the calcined kaolins (clay) from Imerys.
After the launch of the Italian subsidiary and parallel to the creation of the Finland subsidiary, Bodo Möller Chemie is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary in Denmark for the distribution of polymer additives, coating additives and pigments.

The partnership between Spolchemie and Bodo Möller Chemie began in January, 2006. Since then Bodo Möller Chemie is successfully distributing epoxy resins and alkyds of Spolchemie in Germany and Austria. From July 1st on, Bodo Möller Chemie will also manage the selling and distributing of the Spolchemie products into the Swiss market.
With Bodo Möller Chimica Italia, our new subsidiary in Italy, Bodo Möller Chemie group continues to place emphasis on regional presence and customer proximity.
At the JEC Composites fair at the beginning of April in Paris Bodo Möller Chemie and Nanoledge negotiated a commercial co-operation. On 15.05.08 a distribution contract was signed, valid for all European regions that Bodo Moeller Chemie is present.
The first pallet of National Adhesives products that Bodo Möller Chemie will sell and distribute arrived on January 29th, 2008. Bert Verhaar – Sales Manager, Peter Lockey – Distribution Manager and Steve Kenny – Corporate Vice president from National Adhesives came to Bodo Möller Chemie central office in Offenbach to celebrate the official start of the cooperation between the two companies.
