On February 11th, 2009, the MST Aerospace GmbH organises a cooperation forum on “Modern plastics and adhesives bonding techniques” taking place in Munich.
The Bodo Möller Chemie group is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary for the Benelux area in Belgium. Bodo Möller Chemie has been present for many years in this area but there wasn’t any local company. Thank to this company creation, all orders are now processed locally for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.

Within only one year, Bodo Möller has become a major distributor of special chemistry in Scandinavia.

On October 28th and 29th, the first bonding seminar organised together by Bodo Möller Chemie and Huntsman Advanced Materials took place in Nierstein, near Mainz. The subject of this seminar was the “bonding as a modern assembly technology – metal, plastics and hybrids”.
In October 2008, Imerys and Bodo Möller Chemie signed a distribution agreement. From now on, Bodo Möller Kemi Danmark will manage the distribution into the Danish market of the calcined kaolins (clay) from Imerys.
After the launch of the Italian subsidiary and parallel to the creation of the Finland subsidiary, Bodo Möller Chemie is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary in Denmark for the distribution of polymer additives, coating additives and pigments.

The partnership between Spolchemie and Bodo Möller Chemie began in January, 2006. Since then Bodo Möller Chemie is successfully distributing epoxy resins and alkyds of Spolchemie in Germany and Austria. From July 1st on, Bodo Möller Chemie will also manage the selling and distributing of the Spolchemie products into the Swiss market.
