RÜTGERS Germany GmbH and Bodo Möller Chemie Austria GmbH signed an agreement for the distribution of the Novares hydrocarbon resins and the Ruetasolv and Ruetaflex product range of the RKS GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Rütgers Chemicals.
Arkema and Bodo Möller Chemie signed a Letter of Intend to analyze the opportunity for the parties to start cooperating in the distribution of Arkema´s Functional Additives business in all territories additionally they are working in. Target is to end up in a non exclusive distribution agreement after a one year´s period.

Huntsman Textile Effects creates, markets and manufactures a broad range of chemical and dye products that enhance the performance properties and colors of finished textiles and materials. The company provides innovative value adding effects and processing solutions to its customers such as brilliant colors with high fastness, easy care, durable protection against oil, water and fire as well as a complete range of pretreatment and dyeing auxiliaries.
In September 2009, Bodo Möller Chemie Sweden and Molecular Products Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie will act as a distributor for oxidation catalysts products of Molecular Products Ltd in Sweden.
Bodo Möller Chemie Austria is proud to announce that it has, together with its partners from other companies, researchers and the Austrian authorities, won the Clusterland Award 2009. The submitted project is called “bio-packing” (www.bio-packing.at) and is the winner project in the category “Best co-operation between business and research”.

As a result, Bodo Möller Chemie Austria GmbH, based in Korneuburg, becomes the main distributor for Araldite® adhesives and Araldite® casting resins and tooling materials in Austria.

The Bodo Möller Chemie group is pleased to announce the creation of a new subsidiary for the Benelux area in Belgium. Bodo Möller Chemie has been present for many years in this area but there wasn’t any local company. Thank to this company creation, all orders are now processed locally for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.
With the creation of a new company in Sweden Bodo Möller Chemie is reinforcing its presence in Scandinavia. Within the scope of its strategic expansion in northern Europe, Bodo Möller Chemie now offers subsidiaries with own storehouse and customer service in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Within only one year, Bodo Möller has become a major distributor of special chemistry in Scandinavia.
