Astorit’s CEO of many years, Christian Kunz, is taking charge of the Polymer System House business unit as business director with immediate effect and will be overseeing the expansion of its activities from now on. Working from the premises of the Swiss subsidiary, his main task will be to establish the Bodo Möller Chemie Group’s range of customer-specific formulations in the markets of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI). Frank Haug, the CEO of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group, is clearly happy to have the new business director joining his team and says: “To us, Christian Kunz is the ideal person for this role. Having been the managing director of a retailing and production enterprise in the formulation industry, he is a specialist and will provide the expertise required to put this part of our business in a successful position.” Mr Kunz is a qualified chemical engineer and also holds a master’s degree in business administration (EMBA). Thanks to a number of managerial positions at production enterprises in the chemical industry, he possesses extensive knowledge of the industry and management experience. Most recently, he was the managing director at Astorit AG in Switzerland.
