Agomet® 2-component methyl methacrylate adhesives

Developed for processing with hardener powder or hardener paste to ensure easy mixing.

Araldite® 2-component epoxy resin adhesives

Depending on the type, they can be used for structural bonding of metals, thermosets and reinforced plastics. Can have very high strength and temperature resistance (up to 210°C).

ARGUFILL

Fillers define the mechanical properties to improve the material. They allow to reduce the costs of production of plastic products, without lowering the quality of the product, and in some cases even raising its quality.

ARGUFLAME

Halogenated or halogen-free combinations of additives reduce or prevent the flammability or combustion of plastics by intervening either physically or chemically in the combustion mechanism. They comply both with European and US-American fire standards.

ARGUFOG

Antifogging agents prevent the formation of water drips on the surface of packaging and agricultural films during condensation. The surface remains largely transparent as the condensing water creates a coherent film.

Improve the extrusion properties of the polymer melt (extrusion aid, rheology improver) and reduce the deposits on the extruder surface.

Controzon Antiozonant waxes

Controzon waxes form a flexible wax film on the surfaces of the vulcanizates and protect them from crack formation caused by ozone attack under static conditions. Additionally, Controzon waxes act as carriers for chemical ozone protection agents or antioxidants and improve their effectiveness. The addition of about 2 phr prevents the ozone attack known as the “frosting effect”.

Deolink® Activators for fillers (Silanes)

Also called Silicon Hydride, any of a series of covalently bonded compounds containing only the elements silicon and hydrogen. They are used in a variety of Rubber & Coatings applications to improve physical and performance properties like improved abrasion, adhesion, and cross-link density without effecting compression set.

Deostab® Vulcanization stabilizers

Vulcanization is a chemical process used to harden rubber. Vulcanization traditionally referred to the treatment of natural rubber with sulfur. Vulcanization stabilizers are used to improve the thermal stability of the rubber. They compensate the negative effect of CaO on the state of cure and improves the compression set without influencing the activity of the desiccant (CaO).

Deovulc® Activators

Vulcanization Activators. are important rubber processing additives that activate sulfur cure and improve the efficiency of sulfur-based cure systems. The most common activator is zinc fatty acid ester which is often formed in-situ by reaction of fatty acid with zinc oxide.

Deovulc® vulcanization retarder

They are pre-vulcanization inhibitors. In order to avoid premature vulcanization during processing, retarders are often added to the curing system. These compounds increase the induction time by reacting with the active accelerator fragment, which slows down or temporarily prevents the formation of zinc salt.
