Songwon, a global leader in the manufacture and delivery of additives for the plastics industry, and Bodo Möller Chimica Italia Srl., have entered into a distribution agreement for the market development and sales of the Songwon portfolio of products in Italy. The new partnership will become effective on April 15th 2011 and is designed to strengthen the position of Songwon in the Italian market.

Since 2005, Bodo Möller Chemie has been successfully distributing Spolchemie epoxy resins in Germany. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie will also distribute Spolchemie alkyd resins recently taken over by Spolchemie from DIC Performance Resins Vienna under a contractual joint venture.

Since 1972 Bodo Möller Chemie was distributing additives and pigments to the lacquer and plastic industries for Ciba-Geigy and later on for Ciba-Spezialitätenchemie. After the integration of Ciba to BASF, this partnership has now been extended. From 1st December on, Bodo Möller Chemie Polska will sell and distribute the former Ciba pigments and additives of the BASF product portfolio for the lacquer, paint and plastic industries in Poland.

Bodo Möller Chemie was successfully assessed in November 2010 according to ESAD II with an excellent rating of 97,4%, which is even 2 points better than the last time in 2007.

Bodo Möller Chemie has been chosen as Premium Partner by Ecolab Deutschland GmbH in order to promote in Germany the new BrewGuard concept comprising specific detergent and disinfectant processes for breweries.

Bodo Möller Chemie and Goldcrest Chemicals Ltd have signed a cooperation agreement appointing Bodo Möller Chemie exclusive distributor of the Goldcrest product range in following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.

In October 2010, Bodo Möller Chemie successfully passed the annual monitoring audits for the certifications ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2005. In addition, Bodo Möller Chemie has obtained the new certification OHSAS 18001:2007 for the first time.

Bodo Möller Chemie and Benda-Lutz signed in July 2010 a cooperation agreement. Benda-Lutz is a leading international supplier of metal pigments based in Austria. Hardly visible to the naked eye, Benda-Lutz pigments create wonderful effects when they are viewed en masse in a wide range of products, from paints to plastics to printing inks. These pigments are important elements in metallic automotive paints as well as a valuable additive in light-weight concrete and plaster

In July 2010, Bodo Möller Chemie and Scott Bader signed a new distribution agreement. From now on, Bodo Möller Chemie distributes Scott Bader products in Germany and Austria.

Bodo Möller Chemie and BK Giulini signed in August 2009 an agreement for working together. BK Giulini BK Giulini is a leading international supplier of special products used for pharmaceutical and food production, water and paper treatment, industrial cleaning, and for a wide range of other industrial applications.
